2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
1. I want to lead vagos because I believe a gang should be more than just turf wars and shootouts. A strong leader creates structure, loyalty, and respect within the organization. My goal would be to build a reputation where Families is known for being the best terrorist ORG in city.
2. A good leader helps create storylines that involve not only the gang but also civilians, businesses, police, and rival groups. I want to make the organization active and engaging by organizing events, alliances, conflicts, and internal roleplay that gives every member a chance to develop their character and enjoy the server experience.
3.Leadership is not only about being in charge it is about guiding people. I want to help newer members learn gang roleplay, communication, and teamwork while also making sure the organization stays mature and organized. By keeping standards high and resolving problems fairly, I believe I can help Families become one of the most terrorist ORG's on the server.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
1.Bonuses for activity: implementing a bonus system to reward active members will encourage more participation and loyalty, which in turn will increase overall gang activity and success.
2. Hiring More People: Recruiting members from diverse backgrounds and other families will increase the roleplay diversity and bring in fresh perspectives, enhancing the gang’s overall engagement. This is one of my plans cuz I'm fluent in many languages like English, Turkish, Arabic and many more...
3.We will try to take max to max number in every Events
