1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
I have been involved in RP for a long time, and throughout this journey, I have been grateful to the administrators who supported and guided me. As someone new to RP, I understand the challenges players can face, and I believe these issues should be handled quickly and efficiently to improve everyone’s experience.
Although I had experience in other cities before joining this one, this city has always felt special to me because of its immersive and authentic RP environment.
Since the start of my RP journey, I have always aspired to be part of the admin team. I would be honoured to contribute my time, experience, and dedication to supporting the community and helping players in the best way I can.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
One of my strong skills is patience, as I can stay calm and handle situations without making rushed decisions. I also have good communication skills, which helps me listen to people, understand both sides, and deal with issues fairly. Another strength of mine is being helpful and reliable, as I genuinely like supporting others and being someone people can count on when needed.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
I started in the city doing different starter jobs like Refinery, Electrical, Mechanical, etc., which gave me a good understanding of the city’s systems, economy, and overall player experience. As the city was still developing, I also noticed loopholes and bugs, which helped me understand server mechanics better. Currently, I serve as an investigator in SAHP, where I’ve gained experience in communication, decision-making, and handling situations professionally. This has given me strong knowledge of both civilian and state-side RP
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
I believe the following are my key strengths: leadership, decision-making, communication, patience and strategic thinking.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
Sometimes I take things easy and try to accomplish it myself without giving a burden to others, which may result in too much pressure.
The second one is I try to make things go well, so I spend too much time working on it.
I have slight anger issues which I'm rectifying.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
Yes, I know that, and I'm okay with it.
7. Do you understand that on your admin account you may no longer partake in roleplay?

8. Are there currently any issues in your real life that would hinder your activity as an admin?
I'm currently working from home, so there isn't much problem with my availability. Also, I'm doing a stable job IRL, which won't affect me in any way. Only unavailable for a couple of days in alternate weeks when I go for work meetings.
