1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
• I have had a good amount of experience within RP and have met and played with various categories of people and situations. I want to help players, be fair and keep the server running and usable in a proper role play environment from the admin side. I am aware that as an admin I must be mature, patient, and responsible, and am willing to sacrifice my RP-life for that of my admin.
2. Why should we consider you for an administrative position, and what skills can you bring?:
• I believe I am a suitable candidate for an administrative position because i remain calm, respectful, and professional when dealing with people, even in challenging situations, and I listen to both sides of an issue before making a fair and informed decision. I am responsible, proactive, and always willing to learn and improve, and I communicate effectively with all players, treat everyone equally, and ensure fairness in every situation. I also make quick and objective decisions without allowing personal feelings or biases to influence my judgment.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
• At first, I started grinding starter jobs to get some experience and make some money, and later on I joined Ballas for a few weeks, and later I decided to join EMS, and I worked up well, and that's where I'm still serving.
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
• I am responsible for what I do, and when I make a mistake, I take responsibility and learn from it.
• I do my best to be fair to all, and never make decisions based on friendship or feelings.
• I am able to get my point across to others and to deal with various temperaments without causing needless disputes.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
• Overthinking: I sometimes overthink while making a decision.
• Taking too much responsibility: I sometimes take too much responsibility as i want to help everyone.
• Perfectionism: I spend too much time making my work perfect for everyone.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator? Yes,
• Yes, I understand and acknowledge that administrators are not permitted to own
a business.
