Additional Information:

1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
   • I want to commit myself to give up RP and join the admin team because I believe that I have been doing RP for a long time as of right now and I have gained enough experience both IC and OOC. Seeing the growth of the server and the number of new players joining the server every single day, I want to shift my focus into helping the rookie players by providing them support as well as keeping the veteran players in check. At the end of the day, my goal as an Administrator of Libra RP is to work together with my team and make sure there is fair gameplay at all times while working for the betterment of Libra RP community.
2. Why should we consider you for an administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
   • As an Administrator, my main priority is to support the server's growth and health behind the scenes. From my own perspective, giving up active RP ensures complete neutrality, prevents any potential meta/bias issues, as I have experienced them before, and to free up my full time and energy to assist newcomers, handle reports, and enforce server rules fairly. Other than that, I am really good at communicating with people, understanding them and fairly fulfilling their requests for a better RP experience.
3. What experience do you have in the city?: (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
   • Ever since I joined Libra RP, I have been taking part in starter jobs while being in some clans/families here and there. After some time, I officially joined EMS (Emergency Medical Services) organization. Right now, I am working there as a Junior Paramedic.

   1. I am a friendly person who is able to complete the given task exactly how it should be done.
   2. I have the capability to manage my team and guide them under my leadership.
   3. I am really good at making decisions in critical situations, communicating and deeply understanding people.
