I will explain the scenario again,
After the Store Robbery ended, the clan that was robbing the store wanted a free passage for 15 seconds to escape. So after a 15 seconds head start, we started to chase them. I give them multiple demands for them to pull over. They won't pull over at all, even after their tires were gone which is clearly UB driving, ultimately drove inside the water with the car to kill themselves to spawn at the hospital which is clearly Fail RP.
Also if you notice, another car with FIB agents was also chasing them to pull them over, while they drove away with flat tires is kind of crazy.
So those people should be punished for:
1. GR 6.4: It is Forbidden to UB drive (Unrealistic Behaviour)
2. GR 5.2: It is forbidden to leave the RP situation before it finishes.
However, my forum was rejected for the following reasons:
They dont have tires to drive off and you constantly ramming them not letting them steer the car.
So, according to
GR 5.20: Car Ramming is strictly prohibited, this means hitting the car intentionally mutiple times (exception: Leos attempting to Pit vehicles during chases)
If you watch my clip again, i was always hitting the side door of the car and putting my car infront of their car to stop them. As a LEO I can do that if my suspect is escaping away so they pullover.
