i was banned cuz it was my first time playing and my pc didnt load the inside building and i fell through and it said 3/3 warning but i didnt see any warnings before

first i didnt see any warning i am new ik it shouldnt be a reason but more importantly I GOT TELLEPORTED BECAUSE THE GAME DID IT MY PC DIDNT LOAD THE CAR SHOP INSIDE SO WHEN I ENTERED I FELL THROUGH AND THE GAME KICKED ME OUT AS U ARE AN ADMINSTRATION U SHOULD KNOW OR HAVE ENOUGH EXP TO TELL BECAUSE I WAS LAGGING IF I WAS CHEATING AND TELEPORTING WHY WOULD SOME ONE DRIVE ME TO THE CAR SHOP AND I TRIED TO FINSIH THE GUIDE SO WHEN I ENTRED TO BUY IT DIDNT LOAD AND I GAVE IT A BIT AND WENT INSIDE AGAIN AND I GOT BANNNED
