1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
=> I have had a good amount of experience with RP and have met and played with various categories of people and situations. I want to help players, be fair and keep the server running and usable in a proper role play environment from the admin side. I am aware that as admin I must be mature, patient, and responsible and am willing to sacrifice my RP-life for that of my admin.
2. What are your strengths?
=> I remain cool and polite to all people at all times, including when it gets tough.
=> I take in both sides of an issue before forming a decision.
=> I am responsible, active and learning.
=> I am able to communicate well with all players and am fair to them.
=> Can work quickly without being affected by personal feelings when making decisions.
3. What are your weaknesses?
=> Taking to much responsibility: I sometimes take too much responsibilities as i want to help everyone.
=> Perfectionism: I spend too much time to make my work perfect for everyone.
=> Overthinking: I sometimes overthink while making a decision.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
=> I am very good at communication with almost everyone and I am very honest, responsible in term of my work so no one faces backlashes. Mostly I am active in city and I always maintain fairness. I am humble and ready to take the responsibility. I am also willing to learn and work as part of team and maintain positive as well as enjoyable environment for players.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
=> Yes. (I dont have any business at the moment)
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
=> No.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
=> Usually, I am active in city mostly. I was Ex Deputy (Vagos) and Deputy in Bloods. Beside that I have great knowledge about all the organization and I fully abide the rules and regulation throught out the city.
