  8. In-Game Level: 7

Additional Information

1. Which organization are you applying to lead?

  • Emergency Medical Services (EMS)

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

  • EMS is an active organization daily engaging with the citizens which requires more attention and commitment. From employees to medication, there is discipline, acts of professionalism, training under supervision for real-life opportunities, and certain responsibilities that comes along the way. Throughout the day and night, EMS should be prepared and ready to serve for the city which sounds impossible, but not for the EMS employees under my leadership and guidance. Speaking of which, I believe that there's more than just frequently patching people up. We gain variety of new experiences and opportunities. From my perspective EMS is an institution, teaching life lessons at its best. Therefore, there should be a strong internal structure as well as hardworking employees to keep Los Santos, Blaine County, and in terms of EMS, Paleto Bay in check.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?

  • I am someone who equally treats everyone I speak with, having favoritism out of the way. The fact that leadership of EMS comes with a heavy responsibility already proves that I have to carry that on my shoulders until the end of the given period which I am capable of doing. Mainly what makes me the best candidate for the position of EMS Leader is that I am matured and I have more than enough knowledge about how to manage the organization and its employees with extreme amount of love, attention, and appreciation. I believe these leadership qualities qualify me for the position of EMS Leader.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

  1. Internal Working Structure: I will implement a proper structure for the employees to abide and follow when on duty. Starting from attendance to Med Lab Runs, Spec Ops such as Black-Market Raids, and Shipment works to dispatching units to both hospitals in a more convenient and fair rotation which covers both morning and night shifts.
  2. Fairness & Professionalism: When it comes to promoting employees, rewarding them with bonuses for overtime work, and managing certain situations, I will definitely maintain a professional profile and serve my employees as well as others with fairness, equality without favoritism, and appreciation for what they do with dedication and commitment.
  3. Frequent Recruitments: We need more employees and backup units for what we do in our daily routine, therefore I will create an advance as well as understandable recruitment and training procedure for the applicants who applies to become a part of the EMS organization. Having experienced and passionate people on duty reduces the chance of having to mass ping employees to be on duty in emails which greatly applies pressure to our employees.

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?

  • My goal as the leader of EMS for the term I will be given is to change the way everyone sees Emergency Medical Services from discipline, appearance, tradition, and culture, not all by myself but with my team as a family.
  • Ultimately, I will:
    • Make sure there is no favoritism inside EMS, and treat people with equality, fairness, and utmost respect.
    • Assist the SAPF, FIB, Government, as well as LEOs throughout the day in their respective areas.
    • Spread positivity and encourage the team to build up great attitudes and perform with their best, not only for the term nor game but for the rest of their lives.
    • Undertake to work with the responsibility I am given to the maximum.

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?

  • Organizing a set of activities on 3rd Sunday of the month to celebrate the Emergency Medical Services Day (even though it's in May).
  • Implementing an Employees of the Week system under a proper circular to increase player activity overall.
  • Publishing a E-Magazine at the end of the term to highlight work that has been done through EMS.
  • Is this it? this is just the beginning.

Thanks in advance for dedicating a few minutes out of your tight schedule to read my application,
"I am here to make a change, to change the way you see EMS through leadership, experience, and opportunity."

Sincerely yours,
Kevin Scott,
EMS Leader Applicant

+ i see this guy has some decency and know very well about the ongoing favorism inside of EMS, hope this guy will bring justice for the WORKING people
