1. Leader Of?: San Andreas National Guard
2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
Reason 1: I want to bring professionalism to the role and run the SANG like a actual military where rank titles are used and the roleplay aspect is further explored so members more embody their characters, their roles and learn the elements of leadership, respect and dedication.
For example first names will only be allowed in Non-RP Chat or private one to one voice interactions.
Over the radio military protocol will be followed meaning ranks and surnames will be used exclusively with "Sir or Ma'am." being used in one to one interactions with a superior with said superior addressing lower ranks as "Mister."
Reason 2: I wish to restore the balance between having fun and being serious is clear cut unlike now where the two blend to the point mistakes happen because the base elements and boundaries haven't been established.
So with that in mind I intend to use the buddy system which will see more experienced members being assigned to assist new members with learning the rules and regulations rather than just saying "Here's a gun now go stand at the gate."
Doing this with allow for better utilisation of the NCO ranks aswell as help identify those who have the leadership qualities necessary to be Heads of Department and Field Commanders.
Reason 3: Some of the previous leaders while having different command styles, have lacked the ability to fully unite every member of the org to where petty squabbles and disagreements cannot fully be sorted to where each person(s) feels like they have been listened to or fully understood to the point where while the outcome may not have always gone their way, the outcome has been one that they can atleast accept even if they don't fully agree with.
I feel I have the leadership skills to do that and would like the opportunity to try.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
The first way I would improve the RP level within the NG is by removing the notion that High Command are always right and that disagreeing with them is disrespectful like it has been in previous terms.
I also want any member of the NG to feel confident enough to make a suggestion without it being ignored because of their rank or newness to Grand RP in general meaning any previous experience from outside of Grand they have will be taken into account rather than dismissed.
Furthermore I would like all members of the NG to feel confident enough to use said previous experience to assist other members thus showing their leadership abilities.

Name: Byron Bladestorm
Alias: Diablos
Age: 47 Years Old
Date of Birth: 11th August 1978
Sex: Male
Blood Type: A+
Hair: Black
Eyes: Hazel
Height: 6ft
Weight: 210 lbs
Characteristics: A very Intriguing person, Complex and Puzzling like a Rubik Cube Multi-Faceted.
Physical Features: Tall, well built, physically imposing half Asian male with a kind face, thoughtful eyes and a warm heart.
Accent: Geordie.
Scent: Varies from Joop Original and Go, Diesel Only The Brave and Paco Rabanne Invictus.
Background: Born in Hexham, Northumberland in the United Kingdom to an English Mother and a Malaysian/Chinese/Japanese Father and brought up by his mother and grandparents due to his father never being there.
Was bullied in school due to his cross heritage which only made him more determined and driven but had a happy childhood regardless growing up in a loving household surrounded by supportive people.
Joined the Air Training Corps during his high school days and went on to join the Royal Air Force as a Pilot a week after his 19th birthday after getting a 2-1 in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
Spent ten years as a pilot until a night landing in bad weather caused him to crash his fighter which left him in a two month coma and shook his confidence in flying (though he would later return to the cockpit two years later) he decided he wasn't ready to become a civilian and applied to become a Royal Marine after he was well enough.
Finding his time in the Royal Marines an enjoyable one, throwing himself fully into the job and being posted to aswell as present in many of the major conflicts throughout the world.
It was during this time during a exchange with the US Marine Corps that gave him the chance to put the nightmares of the crash behind him and overcome his fears and return to the cockpit of a fighter jet, that being the McDonnell Douglas AV-8B Harrier II of the USMC, an American version of the aeroplane he crashed.
Going up in a two seater trainer with an instructor to regain the feel of the controls, he was later handed the controls himself after feeling his confidence grow and his past experience returning, he showed both the instructor and those watching from the ground why the pilots of his former squadron called him "Diablos".
After flirting with the idea of accepting permanent exchange position with the USMC, only turning it down when his mother had a brush with cancer (Though she made a full recovery) he returned to the UK where after his superiors heard of the successful exchange and overcoming his fears of the crash that grounded him, pulled some strings to allow him to train as a Reserve Naval Pilot while remaining on active service with the Royal Marines, a position he relished as it allowed him to fly while posted to Navy ships.
Spending a further five years within the British Forces, he began to become disillusioned with the top brass's willingness to accept the Governments proposed cutting of manpower particularly in a time of conflict and a festering civil unrest from the increased numbers of immigrants, he took earlier retirement from the military after achieving the rank of Major.
Its around this time that his mother's cancer unexpectedly returned and after a year and a half battle she unfortunately died which caused him to spiral into a deep depression which took him a further six months to return from.
After settling up financially he moved to the US to start a new, taking and job in the Private Security Industry and spending a short time doing that, he quit his and decided to travel the country, something he always wanted to do which eventually brought him to the city of Resurgence where he once again worked in Security before eventually applying for American Citizenship and gaining it.
After becoming a US Citizen he joined the US Army as a Officer with the rank of Major working hard and gaining both recognition and promotion over the next 17 years eventually reaching the rank of General.
