2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1 - I want to be the leader of Ballas because its one of the best organisations. Keeping in mind, all the ex terms, I think Ballas is the most perfect organisation for me, I would love to lead a gang which has a very good history and I think I will also complete a successful term with Ballas providing everything what curators need.
2.2 I think I can be a very good leader. Being a part of Marabunta gang has provided me a good experience of how to lead a gang and I think it's the best time for me to lead a term. I also have many friends which are at good positions in there respective families as well who will help me run my term. I have planned everything up to make my term the best.
2.3 Not only about members, it's also about keeping the members happy and avoid conflicts within the org. Recently, I had seen so much stuff where leaders argue or favour there friends and don't give opportunities to newbies. I will treat everyone equally in my gang. Especially newbies will be taught how to really run a gang as well. Good bonuses will be given to boost up everyone's confidence and give my gang a family type vibe.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1 - Maximum Events will be done from my side to ensure more and more roleplay to enhance it.
3.2 - I will be doing Hostage Situations majorly which aren't considered necessary but are important to enhance rp. Role-playing with fellow Gangsters, LEOs and hostages will boost roleplay level.
3.3 I will appoint a very good turf team and try to get 100% turf to ensure domination in ghetto regions.
3.4 Along with ghetto domination we will also be working on highway robberies and ghetto robberies to show our presence to the city.
3.5 I will be setting up a hiring team which will be available 24/7 to take interviews to hire people in gang. This will ensure only competitive and knowledgeable people's entry into the gang.
3.6 Lastly, I will try to provide best bonuses in city and will be giving great opportunities to newbies to help the community and enhance Roleplaying even more.
