Just wanted to say that whoever made Yash an admin should retrain him, how can this be for real searching for the rule for over 10 minutes and not finding it, how can someone be an admin and not know the rules?

I got no help from him as he couldnt identify the rule even tho he stated its not a rule break, someone take needed actions for this case.

which rule?

I would like to clarify my side of this complaint. The player reported someone using a Bloods gang vehicle to attend an event. Trey had previously clarified in the admin announcements that gang members can use their gang vehicles for personal use, so no rule was broken. I asked Jessica if she knew where Trey had posted the clarification, but she wasn't sure. I then checked Discord to find an announcement I could direct the player to. However, the clarification was only posted in the private admin announcements, not publicly. During this, a Code A occurred (my game crashed), and Jessica took over my ticket. After returning to the game, I explained the rule, but the player had already left the city. Regarding the RDM report, I advised the player to make a forum report because I arrived late and did not witness the incident myself. I would also like to address the comment about my ability as an admin. I did not become an admin without qualifications. I passed the required exam to earn my position. I knew the rule; I was simply trying to find the announcement so I could provide the player with a reference.

I understand the player's frustration, but I was trying to provide accurate information and had no intention of refusing to help.

after reviewing the situation myself and discussing it with the admin involved, I have noticed that the admins is still learning and getting experience.

It is also worth noting that his game crashed during this . By the time he managed to reconnect, another admin already responded to the ticket.

Taking all of this into consideration, I believe the admin handled the situation correctly

Trey will still make a final decision on this.

How can a rule be private and remind me again why im supposed to know these made up rules? If its in a private channel for admins only where we cant see it, doesnt seem to work out dont u think?
