2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization?
2.1 Having an amount of experience and knowledge about the law and governing a nation , I feel to be an asset as a governor to this city and serve the people of San Andreas.
2.2 I am aim to rewrite the legislation by making it defined , proper and fair for citizens and Leo's of the State and also by keeping the ideology of the party , i also aim for an active Department of Justice for the citizens to excercise there rights.
2.3 Increasing the quality of roleplay from botht the side ( Leo and Gangs ) would also be my aim as the governor.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city?:
3.1 By maintaining a high quality of roleplay ( reducing rule breaks ) which would attract citizens to be a part of Leo / Government Organisations
3.2 By fairly distributing the amount of wealth among all employees of the organisation
3.3 By having a proper legislation which help to increase the quality of roleplay

4. Write a personal character Biography
Peter Anguish was raised in a middle class family in which discipline, education, and public service were treated as responsibilities rather than accomplishments. He wasn't the loudest voice in any situation, but he always seemed to be paying attention. While others searched for the easy way out, Peter has always been fascinated with structure, law and authority. His father private security contracts, while his mother was in administration, exposing him to both tough professionalism and how things really run behind the scenes.
By the time he became a teen, Peter had fallen headfirst into studying criminal psychology and legal processes. For years, he poured over criminal case files, rules of departmental conduct, procedures for the arrest, the processes of court rooms. Others were drawn to policing for the authority, and the action. Peter, on the other hand, was drawn toward order, and accountability. He was adamant that law enforcement was not about control, but about keeping a city that constantly threatened to devolve into chaos in order.
Having finished his formal law schooling and basic criminal justice training, Peter was transferred to Los Santos to join the Los Santos Police Department. When Peter arrived in Los Santos, he quickly fit into the rhythm of the city. Peter has always known that this city is wild, Politically charged, and dominated by both the presence of organized crime and by police activity ranging from gangs, and corruption scandals, and high-intensity policing.
Peter developed a name for being able to remain composed under pressure. He favored procedure over brute force and approaches situations with analysis more than emotion. His reports are never lacking details, his radio transmissions are never unprofessional, and his personal emotions never bleed into his duty. He's been regarded as the "quiet" kind of cop that can be relied upon. The cop that will arrive prepared, knowledgeable of procedure and stay calm in crisis.
While Peter is a strong advocate of law enforcement done the right way, he doesn't wear a blindfold. Peter understands that the world and the city he inhabits can be a messy, grimy thing, with not a lot of clear right answers. He approaches situations as practical problems rather than ideals, believing that officers must exercise restraint alongside force, authority alongside leniency. Due to this, he developed an early interest in investigations, the enforcement operations, strategic coordination, and accuracy of department procedures.
Outside of duty, Peter keeps a low profile. He despises unnecessary public attention, and his personal relationships remain on a need-to-know basis. Most of his free time is devoted to examining reports, perusing department regulations, firing his sidearm, or keeping an eye on current criminal activity within the city. Hidden within this calm exterior, there is the heart of someone trying to show that there is still a place for professionalism and discipline in the crime infested mess that is Los Santos.
