The player with ID 161 approached me and OOCly requested that I run him over and punch him so he could complete a "task" and lower his health. I refused to do so as it violates RP rules and told him he broke the rules. Following my refusal, he engaged in OOC toxicity and hurled direct insults at me ("You're a bitch", "Bitch ass"). I maintained RP and did not engage in mixing or break character.

There is no active RP scenario going on, therefore it can't be classified as FailRP. There was also no OOC insult at any given point. The player was most likely trying to do a battlepass task related to being patched by EMS, there is nothing wrong with him asking for assistance since it wasn't an RP scenario.
