2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to become the EMS Leader because I believe EMS is one of the most important organizations in the city, and it deserves to be active, professional, and respected by everyone.
EMS is not just about responding to calls and treating injured people.
It is also about creating meaningful roleplay, supporting other organizations, and contributing to the overall development of the city.
EMS has always been one of my favorite organizations, and with my previous experience, I believe I can bring new ideas, improve its activity, and restore it to the position it deserves.
My goal is to build an organization where every member understands their responsibilities, enjoys their role, and contributes to creating better roleplay for the entire city.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I have at least two-three years of experience in EMS across different cities, where I have held several important positions, including Deputy Chief, Chief of Staff, Head of Department.
These positions have given me valuable experience in leadership, recruitment, staff management, training, handling internal issues, and maintaining discipline within an organization.
I understand that being a leader is not just about having a high rank. It is about taking responsibility, making fair decisions, supporting your members, and ensuring that the organization runs smoothly.
I believe my experience, dedication, and ability to manage different departments make me a strong candidate for this position.
I am ready to put in the effort required to build a successful EMS team and maintain high standards throughout my leadership term.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
Some of the improvements I would introduce include:
Regular Recruitment: Conducting frequent recruitment sessions to bring new members into the organization and maintain sufficient staff coverage.
Structured Training: Providing proper training for every new recruit, including emergency response, patient treatment, communication, and professional conduct.
Specialized Departments: Introducing a Surgery Department and other specialized medical services to create more advanced and realistic medical roleplay.
Professionalism and Fairness: Ensuring that promotions, recruitment, punishments, and other internal decisions are based on performance and professionalism, without favoritism.
Inter-Organization Cooperation: Building stronger relationships with LEO and other organizations through joint scenarios, medical support, and organized events.
My philosophy is simple: if we are going to do something, we should do it properly. I want EMS members to focus on creating enjoyable, high-quality roleplay rather than simply completing their duties.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My main goal is to establish EMS as one of the most active, respected, and well-organized organizations in the city.
During my leadership term, I would focus on the following goals:
Improve the relationship between EMS and LEO organizations through regular communication and cooperation.
Provide medical assistance during major operations, public events, and other scenarios where EMS involvement can create meaningful roleplay.
Establish clear ranks, responsibilities, and departmental structures to ensure smooth management.
Increase recruitment and provide consistent training to develop skilled and professional EMS members.
Introduce regular performance reviews and department checkups to maintain standards and identify areas for improvement.
Organize medical checkups and health insurance activities for citizens and members of other organizations.
Encourage teamwork, activity, and accountability while maintaining a fair and respectful environment for everyone.
Ultimately, I want to leave EMS in a better position than I found it, with a strong team, a clear structure, and a reputation for providing excellent roleplay throughout the city.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would focus on activities that increase public awareness of EMS, strengthen cooperation with other organizations, and maintain an active presence throughout the city.
1. EMS Open House & Medical Awareness Day
I would organize events where citizens can visit the EMS facility, learn about the different rooms and departments, and understand the purpose of each area.
I would also explain the medications EMS provides, what they are used for, and how our medical services operate.
This would help citizens become more familiar with EMS and create new opportunities for hospital roleplay.
2. Weekly LEO Medical Checkups
Every week, EMS would visit LEO organizations to conduct medical checkups and provide adrenaline shots to officers,
allowing them to receive this service at their own headquarters instead of having to travel to EMS.
This would strengthen our relationship with LEO, improve cooperation between organizations, and create consistent roleplay opportunities.
3. Recruitment Days
I would organize regular recruitment events to attract new members, introduce them to the responsibilities of EMS,
and explain the opportunities available within the organization. This would help maintain sufficient staffing, discover dedicated recruits, and build a stronger team.
Event Coverage and Coordination
Before every major event, I would ensure that two EMS units are dispatched to the location and ready before the event begins.
This would allow EMS to respond quickly to emergencies, coordinate with other organizations, and provide proper medical assistance throughout the event. Respectfully, Stormy Cox
