logs are only checked when someone complain in the forums there are some protocols you need to follow without following the protocol and punishing people youre just abusing your power and also targeting a specific player. Do you have the POV me stealing it or ramming it? answer is no. Then its a IC issue not admin problem. there is police in the city to handle it. Also you act on situation not after its over. I think i wrongly got punished under rule ZR 1.5 . As both of admins didn't have enough evidence against me. I stole a car and left the situation even before any admin came there or the car owner and i was there for 20 min before breaking any big rule.
