I think i wrongly got punished under rule ZR 1.5 . As both of admins didn't have enough evidence against me. I stole a car and left the situation even before any admin came there or the car owner and i was there for 20 min before breaking any big rule. But the admins change their statement 3 times. 1. saying they were there for a long time watching me 2. they said they came there after i ram the car out of green zone 3. lastly they said they were there after the car owner call them. Now if i believe they came there when i was ramming a car then why they didn't punish me for CR? And if they came after the CR then why they didn't punish me right there for stealing the car? This proves they came only after the car Owner call them. Now in my defense i already stole the car and was leaving the situation and then suddenly the owner came but he didn't have that time to call an admin right away cause i left the situation. After i left he may have called the admin. So neither the admin or the owner had seen the whole situation and have POV of it. But the admins abused their powers (i guess) and they waited for someone to get to the location to complete the car stealing process. And then they find me there and after 10 min they put a punishment on me. I will accept my punishment but fairly. Not without an proper explanation or evidence. I might be wrong there but this is all to defend myself. I seek attention of higher admin to look after this and do justice. I dont have my POV because i didn't know it was a rule break but i have provided the evidence where an admin changed his statement 3 times also said "I did what he told me to do" . I didn't get it like what he mean by that. The car owner told him to do all this or the other admin told him to do. thank you so much and this is all i have and hope i will get justice soon.

I did not see you ram it out yourself or I would have intervened there and given you a verbal warning. Once I received the ticket, I checked to see where the car was stolen, it was right outside the GZ at the refinery area. Even if hypothetically you did not ram the car outside the GZ and it was somehow right on the edge, it is still a rulebreak PER the rule. POV will be provided to the higher admin. Furthermore, the only reason you weren't led straight out of refinement and had your warn removed is simply because you knew exactly what you were doing when you chose to break that rule and you chose to act as if you didn't do anything wrong, immediately blaming the admin instead.

what i say after i get punished doesn't matter. i can claim i did RDM VDM but that doesnt count without an proper evidence and without a complain from other player you can't punish me. simple

you didnt get the call right away cause when i was leaving the area i saw the owner coming and he didnt call admin right then. yes higher admins will review this.

logs are only checked when someone complain in the forums there are some protocols you need to follow without following the protocol and punishing people youre just abusing your power and also targeting a specific player. If youre checking logs based on someones call on IC then there is no point of Forums.

The admins responded to a ticket that was made about a car being stolen in SZ
The admin has checked the location and confirmed everything that was needed to be made
the bottom line of this argument is you stole it from a SZ/part time job
therefore you broke ZR 1.5
Admin decision correct your punishment will remain
