2.1 I have gained a lot of experience in other rp projects such as Grand rp, I have held these positions in gangs on Grand rp:
Ballas Street Gang EN 1 - 1x Deputy
Ballas Street Gang EN 2 - 4x Under Deputy
Bloods Street Gang EN 1 - 1x Deputy, 3x Under Deputy
Marabunta Grande EN 2 - 2x Under Deputy
The Families EN 1 - 1x Under Deputy
Vagos EN 1 - Under Deputy
On Libra rp currently I am rank 4/12 ( Ghost Turfer ) in Vagos.
2.2 I have already gained a lot of experience as being a High Command and I recently started playing on Libra rp and now I want to take on more experience and more responsibility by holding the position of Leader of the Ballas Street Gang.
2.3 There will be no rasicm, toxicity or anything that is inappropriate for a gang and also for me as a Leader. I have great skills like I am a quick learner and I have a positive attitude towards everyone. In my term I will try to use constructive criticism within my term so members are also happy without any problems. I will ensure that everyone in the org meets the minimum requirements and knows the rules well.

I have gained a lot of experience in gangs and will give the best for my term.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

4.1 Fair and fun rp - I will ensure everyone knows the rp rules so the rp is fair and fun for everyone.
4.2 Special Events - I will organize special unscripted events for my gang members so my term will be a fun for the members too.
4.3 I will try to maximize the gang activity and will maximize rp.
