Hello, I have already reviewed your report and explained my decision there.
You (ID 10404) were attempting to steal another player's vehicle, and ID 4442 was the owner of that vehicle. ID 4442 was responding to the ongoing theft and trying to protect and recover his property. Since there was already an active RP situation, I did not consider this a RDM.
Under GR 6.2 (RDM), killing another player without a valid RP reason is prohibited. In this case, the vehicle theft had already created an RP situation.
