While I was playing, an officer who was on duty made the following statement:
"This is not India, this is Los Santos."
I believe this statement should be reviewed under Rule 2.1 - OOC Insults, particularly the section regarding comments targeting or referencing a person's culture, nationality, or ethnicity.
The reference to "India" appeared unnecessary to the roleplay situation and was used while addressing another player. Because the rule specifically states that behaviour involving a person's nationality or culture may be escalated depending on the context and severity, I am submitting this report for staff review.
I have provided the available evidence so the administration can review the full context and determine whether Rule 2.1 was violated and what action, if any, is appropriate.
