3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I'm active, I stay calm, and I listen before I decide. I treat everyone fairly, whether they're a new cadet or a senior officer. I know the rules , and I'm not afraid to say "I was wrong" and fix it. I don't just want the rank, I want to put in the work.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
(Please provide at least three ideas)
1.Regular training sessions, so new officers learn traffic stops, arrests and radio calls properly.
2.Feedback after scenes. If someone does something wrong, I'll explain it politely so they can improve.
3.Work with other factions (EMS, civilians, gangs) so we have real scenes, not only patrolling.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
1.Keep the force active and organized every day.
2.Build a strong team where members respect each other.
3.Make the promotion system clear and fair, so people know exactly what to do to rank up.
4.Cut down on rule-breaking by explaining the rules instead of only punishing.
6. What e6vents or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
1.Daily training. Every day there will be a training session for members. New officers learn the basics, and senior officers practice advanced scenes like traffic stops and arrests.
2.Daily promotion. Every day I will check who has been active and doing good roleplay, and promote them. People will see that their effort is noticed, so they stay motivated.
3.Daily events. I will run a small event every day, like a patrol, a mock chase or a roleplay scene with civilians. The city always has something going on, so it never gets boring.
4.Weekly bonus. At the end of each week, the most active and best officers get a bonus. This keeps everyone trying and rewards real hard work.
