1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
Ans: I want to become an Admin Assistant because I feel I can help new players start their new beginning in Libra RP and make their experience better. I have enjoyed RP for a long time and have experience as a gang leader, which teach me how to communicate with different players, handle situations calmly, and take responsibility. Now I want to use that experience to help players, solve their problems fairly, guide newbies, and maintain peace in the server.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
Ans: I believe you should consider me because I have good communication, quick learning, and management skills. As an ex-gang leader, I learned how to manage different types of players, handle situations calmly, and keep my gang organized and active. I also have previous experience as an Admin Assistant, so I already know how admins works and how to deal with players and their problems. If I get this opportunity, I will use my experience to help players, solve issues fairly, maintain peace in the city, and always stay respectful.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
Ans: I have experience as a ex gang leader, Admin Assistant, and in starter jobs. These experience gonna helpe me how to manage city, handling different type of situations camly.

- Understanding Skills – I can understand situations and players’ problems properly before taking action.
- Managing Skills – I can guide new players, help them understand the city, and handle situations calmly.

- Emotional Control – Sometimes I find it difficult to control my emotions, but I am working on staying calmer in difficult situations.
- Fear of Failure – I sometimes overthink the possibility of failing, which pushes me to improve and prepare better.
