1: Vagos
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

1: I want to became the leader of this organization because I want to feel the experience of leadership and want to manage a gang that I can lead and lead the players to a good numbers to do robberys and have fun
2: secondly I want to create a strong , healthy , and a disciplined organization and want them to be united and make strong robberys and make the players be active by enjoying them in the events of the organization
3: I want to create a interesting gang and high quality rp situation that the players will enjoy and and my main goal is to keep everyone united and respect everyone and also follow all the servers rule that will maintain the peace and respect in server
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
3: I think I will be the best candidate for this organization because I have a strong knowledge of leadership and communication and I know how to lead the players. And I know how to make a perfect decision that no one could get in trouble plus I am very active. And I know to maintain the server rules and to maintain the peace and discipline in the organization and I will give my full effort to be a best leader that I will create a history of best leaders
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

4:I could improve the rp within vagos and across the city by focusing on activity, events and creativity by
1: organized rp activities: I will organize activities such as robberys and store robbery's and gun store robbery's, etc and will planned a operations before any situations
2: cooperation with other org: I will organize the rp situations with the legal organizations such as hostage situation, negotiations alliances and other that will create a memorable event of players.
3: training a development: I know that there will be new players who don't know the rules of the rp and I will tell them all rules of server and organization and I will trained them and soon they will be a good player and that can increase in server
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
5: During mine leadership my goals to will make the vagos the bestest organization of all time and vagos will earn respect and I will make vagos active, organized and respected and I want the unity between all the members and all stands for each other and I will make them responseible to follow all the organization and servers rules
And over all I want that when my term end so everyone should remember my term and the each member will be a stronger than a leader
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
6:I would organized the different events and activities that will keep vagos active and create a good and better rp and environment :
1:Gang training sessions: The members who are new in city will conduct a regular training that can improve there skills and teamwork
3: Negotiations Events : like I will create the events of hostage and we will negotiate with the Leo's and will earn money by giving them the hostage and sometime we could start firing after the situation in red zone.
4: robbery's: I will make the gang to done a big and organized robbery that I will make store robbery's, gunstore robberys and highway robbery that will create a story line and will be enjoy and memorable
5: Gang raid : I will create a gang raids that will create a attack on other illegal gangs on there base and we will fight then and from there we can get territory money.
6:Bouns system: I will create a Bouns
After a events base on activity. And I will try to give more Bouns to the members who are active
7: promotion ceremony: I will conduct a promotion ceremony 1 day in a week where I will see the members who are active will give promotion
