1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
I honestly want to see this city be successful, see this server thrive, and get bigger. I want to help people understand the rules and have a very fun time playing in Libra. I will not be judgmental and be fair across the board. I know I have the right mindset and determination to take a whole different outlook and willingness to see things from a different perspective. I also know I am able to make the right decision based off the rules of the state. I will uphold the rules of the city with fairness and honesty. I have the grit and determination to push through and find way to improve the city.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
I am an older gentleman with a lot of wisdom and knowledge. I know how to listen to both sides of the conversation and understand the situation from both points of view making a determination off rules and proofs. I have experience in positions of making the right call based off rules and standards. I know how to stay calm under pressure and get others to stay calm.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
I have been the Assistant Director of EMS, been and Agent in FIB, been in the Bloods, and co leader in a Cartel Family. I have participated in all OOC event and IC events.
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
1. Communication-I know how to communicate without getting an attitude and being respectful to others as they speak. I make sure everyone understands the situation before letting them go so there is no misunderstand the results.
2. Active Listening- I am able to listen to individuals that want to voice their opinion or have something to talk about. I don't jump to judgment right off the start and listen to the whole story before making a decision.
3. Dedication-I am dedicated to what every I put my mind to. I want to see this server be successful and I am willing to help in any way.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
1. Persistence- I always want to see things to the end. I am dedicated to see a mission to the end and their is a time you just need to let others handle it if they got it.
2. Self-critical- I am hard on my self. I judge myself harder than I judge others.
3. Seriousness- I take things serious and know that I need to lighten up.
