1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
I’ve really valued every moment I’ve spent roleplaying here—connecting with everyone, building stories, and sharing fun moments has meant so much to me. But I’ve decided to step away from RP to focus on being an administrator because I want to contribute in a way that supports the whole community.
As an admin, I can help keep our space welcoming, fair, and well-organised for everyone who joins. I want to make sure the rules are applied consistently, help resolve issues smoothly, and create an environment where people feel safe and excited to take part in whatever they enjoy. It’s not that I don’t love RP anymore it’s that I care enough about this place to want to help it run at its very best for all of us.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
I believe you should consider me for this role because I combine genuine care for this community with practical skills that help keep things fair, organised, and welcoming for everyone.
Here are the key skills and qualities I will bring:
1) Consistent, impartial judgement: I treat every situation and every member equally, apply rules fairly and transparently, and never let personal feelings or past interactions affect my decisions.
2) Strong communication and conflict resolution: I listen carefully to all perspectives, speak respectfully even in tense moments, and work to resolve disagreements calmly rather than escalating them—helping everyone feel heard and respected.
3) Reliability and commitment: I show up consistently, follow through on what I say I will do, and am willing to put in the extra time and effort needed to support the team and keep the space running smoothly.
A service-focused mindset: My priority is always what is best for the whole community, not personal preference. I am open to feedback, willing to learn, and ready to adapt to changes to make this place better for everyone.

1) I can be overly critical of my own work – I often spend extra time checking and rechecking things because I want to get them right, which can mean I take longer than necessary to finish tasks.
2) I find it hard to say "no" when people ask for help – I want to support everyone, so I sometimes take on too much at once, which can leave me stretched too thin if I’m not careful.
3) I can be too hesitant to make quick decisions – I prefer to gather all the facts first, which is good for fairness, but in urgent situations I’m learning to trust my judgement and act faster when needed.
