2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1)I want to become the leader of Families gang because I believe I can take responsibility, for the organization and I will keep it active. I want to lead from the front not just give orders. My goal is to build a gang where members understand their responsibilities respect the command and work together properly.
2.2) One of my goals is to make Families Gang an active organization. I want members to have reasons to stay involved of joining only for rewards or ranks. I will organize gang activities and training.
2.3) Another reason I want to become leader is to improve the quality of roleplay, with Families Gang. I don't want the gang to be focused on winning situations. I want to create storylines, negotiations, meetings and gang activities that give members something interesting to participate.
4.1) I will improve role play by regular gang activity.
4.2) Proper training sessions.
