Cartel Background & Roleplay
Wanted began as a small group working together through different criminal activities across the city. What started as a crew built on trust and mutual protection gradually became an organized operation.
As it expanded, Wanted built connections with other criminals, businesses, and organizations throughout the city. Rather than operating as an unorganized street crew, Wanted developed a structured chain of command where members are given responsibilities based on experience, loyalty, and their ability to handle situations.
The Cartel's main focus will be organized criminal roleplay: drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, territory disputes, negotiations, business operations, money laundering, protection, alliances, and conflicts with other criminal organizations.
Wanted will also use legitimate businesses where possible. These may serve as meeting locations, sources of legitimate income, or fronts for Cartel activity, giving members both criminal and legitimate roleplay instead of every interaction revolving around violence.
Wanted will not treat every disagreement as a reason for violence. Negotiations, warnings, business disputes, intimidation, agreements, and betrayals will be used to develop situations before conflicts escalate.
Our intention is to build storylines that continue over time and involve not only Wanted members, but other Cartels, gangs, businesses, civilians, and law enforcement.

Internal Cartel Rules
All members of Wanted are expected to follow the internal rules of the organization.
1. Server Rules Come First
All members must follow server rules regardless of their Cartel position or situation.
2. Respect the Chain of Command
Members must follow the Cartel hierarchy and respect decisions made by leadership.
3. Loyalty
Members must remain loyal to Wanted and cannot intentionally work against the Cartel or its members.
4. No Information Leaks
Internal information regarding members, operations, locations, alliances, or plans must remain within the Cartel unless leadership approves otherwise.
5. No Unnecessary Violence
Members should not create conflicts or initiate violence without proper RP reasoning.
6. Protect Cartel Assets
Members are responsible for protecting Cartel vehicles, property, weapons, supplies, and money.
7. Respect Other Members
Internal disagreements should be handled properly and brought to leadership when necessary.
8. Maintain Cartel Reputation
Members represent Wanted whenever they act on behalf of the organization and should behave accordingly.
9. Activity
Members are expected to remain reasonably active and participate in Cartel activities.

Members should prioritize creating enjoyable, meaningful RP rather than trying to win every situation.
Repeated violations of internal or server rules may result in demotion or removal from Wanted.
Cartel Rank Structure
Godfather
The highest authority in Wanted. Responsible for the overall direction of the Cartel, major alliances, rivalries, territory decisions, and important operations. Has final say on all major decisions.
Leader
Senior leadership responsible for day-to-day operations. Leaders coordinate members, oversee major activities, and ensure the organization runs according to the Godfather's direction.
Deputy
Assists the Godfather and Leaders with managing members and operations. Deputies organize activities, supervise lower ranks, and handle internal matters when senior leadership is unavailable.
Locked
A trusted, established member who has proven their loyalty over time. Locked members are given access to important operations and assist leadership during sensitive activities.
Event Manager
Organizes Cartel activities, meetings, convoys, parties, and competitions. Keeps members active while creating RP opportunities inside and outside the Cartel.
Enforcer
An experienced operational member responsible for security. Enforcers protect Cartel members and property, handle high-risk operations, and support leadership during conflicts.
Hustler
A full member who participates in regular operations such as deliveries, business activities, distribution, transportation, and security, and is expected to prove themselves for promotion into more trusted positions.
Newbie
The entry rank for new recruits. Newbies are under evaluation and must demonstrate loyalty, activity, maturity, and an understanding of Cartel and server rules before receiving higher responsibilities or sensitive information.
Additional Information
Wanted's main objective is to contribute meaningful organized crime RP to the server. We want the Cartel system to be more than another reason for organizations to fight, and intend to use it to develop relationships, businesses, negotiations, rivalries, territory disputes, trafficking operations, and long-term storylines.
We also want members at every rank to have responsibilities instead of every decision being handled by leadership. Enforcers, Event Managers, and other experienced members will be encouraged to organize operations and create RP for newer members.
Relationships with other organizations will depend on how they develop IC. Those that maintain good business with Wanted may become long-term partners or allies, while competition over territory, products, or past situations may create rivalries.

Cartel Requirements & Agreement
By submitting this application, Wanted acknowledges and agrees that:
* All members must follow all server rules.
* Management decisions regarding Cartels are final.
* Cartel approval does not provide immunity from server punishment.
* Wanted will maintain the required minimum membership.
* Wanted will maintain an approved Cartel property.
* Wanted will remain active and participate in server RP.
* Leadership is responsible for maintaining the organization and its members.
* Cartel perks and privileges will be used according to server rules.
* Cartel names, uniforms, logos, vehicles, and themes will follow community guidelines.
* Warnings or repeated rule violations may result in punishment, removal of perks, or Cartel disbandment.
* Becoming an Official Cartel means moving from the Clan system into the Cartel system.
* Wanted cannot voluntarily move back to Clan status to avoid Cartel requirements, warnings, limitations, or punishments without the required Management approval.
* Wanted accepts the Cartel warning and disbandment procedures established by Management.
Final Agreement
By submitting this application, the Leader and Co-Leader of Wanted confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to all Cartel requirements, rules, limitations, responsibilities, warning procedures, and disbandment conditions.
Wanted understands that Cartel approval is a privilege that comes with additional responsibilities and expectations.
Any future changes to the Cartel application, requirements, conditions, or approved structure will be made only with the appropriate approval from the Chief Curator of Clans/Cartels.
