2.1 Experience and Personal Growth.
I have gained valuable experience in different cities and RP servers where I learned how to lead and manage a gang effectively I understand how to keep members organized active and motivated while maintaining good communication and teamwork. I also have an experienced turf team and reliable members who are ready to contribute from the beginning. My goal is to use my experience and leadership skills to help Ballas become stronger more active and successful from Day 1.

My aim is to create an organized and enjoyable environment where everyone can contribute through turf wars, robberies, events, and other activities. I want Ballas to stand out for more than just gunfights and turf battles. My focus is to build strong and realistic roleplay that gives the whole city something to engage with. I want members to take part in meaningful situations, create rivalries with other gangs, and have proper opportunities to develop their characters and roles. My aim is to make Ballas known for quality RP, teamwork, activity, and a strong gang identity.

3.1 Maintain a Strong and Organized Turf Squad
I would build a disciplined turf team where members understand their responsibilities and work together efficiently. Regular coordination and training will help the team perform better while creating more interactions and situations with other gangs and organizations. My focus will be on keeping turf activity consistent without sacrificing quality RP.
3.2 Develop Long-Term Gang Stories
I want Ballas to be involved in roleplay that continues over time instead of being limited to short situations. I would introduce different storylines involving rivalries, partnerships, conflicts, negotiations, and unexpected events. This can create meaningful interactions between gangs, civilians, and law enforcement while giving the city an ongoing storyline to follow.
