Respected Senior Admin,

As you can see, I have received a punishment and warning for MKx2 from Admin Ibrahim Sheikh. I respectfully believe that the punishment may have been issued due to a misunderstanding of the situation, so I would like to clearly explain my point of view.

1st Point – My Perspective of the Situation

There was an ongoing fight in the ghetto. I was positioned on the opposite side, at a considerable distance from Bryan Shelby (ID 258), and I had a sniper rifle with me.

From my position, I saw players wearing green vests standing around the area where the fight was taking place. From a distance, it appeared to me that they were involved in the ongoing fight and were attacking one of our gang members. Based on what I could see at that moment, I believed they were enemies involved in the ongoing situation, so I shot them with my sniper from a long distance.

As you can also see in the POV, ID 720 was involved in a fight with ID 258. They were not interacting with each other in an active RP situation such as patching up, robbing, or any other roleplay interaction. After ID 720 became unconscious, he was simply lying on the ground, and there was no further active RP interaction taking place between ID 258 and ID 720 at that moment.

I also want to clarify that I was part of Bryan's clan and gang. Since ID 258 was my gang member, I had no reason or intention to betray or deceive him. My intention was to assist my gang member during what I believed was an ongoing fight.

Regarding ID 720, I did not know him and had no previous interaction with him. My actions were based entirely on what I observed from a distance and what I believed was happening at that moment.

2nd Point – OOC Communication / Possible Meta Gaming

There is another important point I would like to bring to your attention. As shown in the POV submitted by ID 258, Bryan Shelby, he can be heard speaking in OOC with ID 250, Romi Shelby, at approximately 00:46 in the video.

At that timestamp, he says “dead, dead Romi” while speaking in OOC. From my understanding, this could be considered communication of information related to the situation through OOC.

If the argument is that the situation was already completed because the players were down and there was no further active RP interaction taking place, then I respectfully believe the same context should also be considered from my side.

From my perspective, once the players were already unconscious and there was no active RP interaction taking place, I understood the situation to be completed. Therefore, I did not understand my action as MKx2, as I believed I was not interfering with an active RP interaction.

I would also like to understand why the OOC communication visible in the POV was not considered when the situation was reviewed. I am not raising this point to accuse anyone or challenge the administration. I am simply requesting that the same rules and standards be applied consistently to everyone involved.

I respectfully request that the Senior Admin review the 00:46 timestamp in ID 258's POV, along with my POV, and consider the complete context before confirming the punishment.

I fully respect the administration and its decisions. I am only requesting a fair and objective review of the evidence so that the situation can be judged based on the complete context.

My Request

Based on the points explained above and the evidence provided in both POVs, I respectfully request the Senior Administration to reconsider the punishment and remove the warning issued to me for MKx2.

I believe my actions were based on my understanding of the situation at that moment, and there was no intention to violate the rules or interfere with an active RP situation.

I kindly request you to review both POVs, especially the 00:46 timestamp, before making a final decision. I would greatly appreciate a fair review of the situation and the removal of my warning if you find my explanation and evidence valid.

Thank you for taking the time

GR 5.10: Mercy killing a player to help them avoid roleplay situations is prohibited. Additionally, players may not finish (execute) a downed player during an active incident. A player may only be finished once all active hostilities have ceased and the roleplay situation has concluded. | Warn

Okay based on this review alone and without your POV
i am going to uphold the admins decision
he was killed in ghetto on top of the roof and you waited for him to jump down before sniping
you knew exactly what you was doing considering they was still in the area
