I am a bloods member. I saw an organization car being abandoned on the side of the road, so I turned around to go and take it back to HQ. I waited until the police were done and backed away from the vehicle before approaching it to repair and drive it. I was rammed without provocation, there were no active bloods fighting the officers at any time during my time in the area. The car was rammed, I was then immediately shot out of the car with no interaction by the officer.
