1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
I have been in this city since beta, I have watched it grow into what it is today and have done everything I can to support new players,
I would like to continue this at the next level.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
I am a very supportive person, I like to help where and when I can, I am non-biased and I can remain calm when dealing with difficult situations and I’m comfortable speaking to people directly without unnecessarily escalating things. I’m also willing to learn from more experienced staff.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
I started as many do with Starter Jobs, I then moved on to EMS starting as a trainee working my way up to Assistant Director, I am currently a leader of a cartel clan. Having experience in both legal and illegal RP situations.
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
Communication – I’m confident speaking to people and explaining decisions clearly without creating unnecessary arguments.
Calm under pressure – I don’t easily lose my temper and can deal with heated situations without matching someone else’s attitude.
Willingness to learn – I’m happy to take advice, ask questions when needed and learn the correct staff procedures rather than assuming I know everything.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
I can sometimes focus too much on small details because I want to make sure I have understood the full situation before making a decision.
I can be quite direct when communicating. I don’t mean it negatively, but I understand that as staff I need to make sure my wording always remains professional yet supportive.
Patience with disruptive behaviour, I can sometimes become frustrated when people deliberately act immaturely or negatively affect somebody else's RP experience. I understand that as an admin assistant I will regularly encounter situations like this, so I am working on being more patient and dealing with the behaviour calmly and professionally regardless of how the other person behaves.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
Yes, I understand and will sell my business.
7. Do you understand that on your admin account you may no longer partake in roleplay?
Yes I understand.
