1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?:
I have played on various RP servers for 4 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. I am eager to try new things and would like to work with you, using my experience to help drive this project forward.
2. Why should we consider you for a administrative position, what skills can you bring?:
I play a lot of games, and I want to use the knowledge I have gained over the past four years to help all new players; I also believe that, with my experience, I can take this server to a better place in the future.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
I haven't been on this server for very long, but I play frequently, so I have quickly familiarized myself with the essential aspects of the city. While I don't have direct experience here as LEO or in gang high command, I bring a wealth of knowledge from my previous experiences elsewhere; therefore, I can confidently say that I possess the necessary knowledge required to become an admin.
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three):
Communication I’m confident speaking to people and explaining decisions clearly without creating unnecessary arguments.
Calm under pressure I don’t easily lose my temper and can deal with heated situations without matching someone else’s attitude.
Willingness to learn I’m happy to take advice, ask questions when needed and learn the correct staff procedures rather than assuming I know everything.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three):
1 I trust people very quickly.
2 I overthink things a lot
3 And I bond with people very easily, considering them friends even closer than myself.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
Yes, I am well aware that I shouldn't have a private business of my own.
7. Do you understand that on your admin account you may no longer partake in roleplay?

8. Are there currently any issues in your real life that would hinder your activity as an admin?
There is nothing that would hinder my work as an admin, and I also want to say that I will try to be even more active than I am now.
