Dear Libra RP Administration Team,
I am writing this report as the GOV Commander to report a severe violation of the server rules (Combat Logging / Fail RP) by the player with ID: 1738.
Scenario Details:
While performing my official duties in the Government, we tracked down and successfully apprehended the suspect with ID 1738 for stealing a vehicle. The moment I caught him and initiated the arrest procedure, the player immediately closed the game (Combat Logging) to evade the legal consequences, jail time, and the fines that were going to be issued through the State Terminal.
This action completely ruined the Roleplay scenario and violates the core rules of our community.
