*) I got some Experience in EMS in Other City I know how to lead how to manage

*) I want to EMS would be One of the most important Org in City as It should be

*) I wanna be EMS Leader cause EMS is my Favorite Org and I want to bring it to its rightfull place EMS is not only for Patching people up but asist other orgs in Events and make big difference in city
3)What makes you the best candidate for this position?

I got atleast 2 terms in EMS Experience I was EMS Chief Of Staff few times and Head of Department Head of IA to make sure Org Runs Smooth and without complications
My goals as Leader are:

To improve Leo and EMS relationship attend more events to provide them with Medical assistance shots to improve they well being
do more Department check ups for Health Insurances
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would create once a Week make all leo org Department Checkups assist them on surgeries for taking Bullet out ct - scan and all things what would make better role play

The Events & Activities that I would like to organize:
Blood donation camp where they can do more roleplay
Recruitments and Health Check Camps
