I was punished under GR 5.12: While outside of the ghetto you must initiate RP before shooting someone. (unless someone tries to leave the ghetto after initiating a gunfight).
Roleplay was initiated after the other player hit me with their vehicle and threw me off of my monowheel, injuring my character to halfway. In his pov, you can clearly hear both of our conversation, in which he calls me a dumb motherfucker, and asks if I am braindead. This is both provocation and verbal assault, and roleplay as a Bloods Gang member is what lead me to firing at his vehicle. I did not aim to kill, I shot his tires and hit his shoulder twice then left the area. Roleplay was initiated and played out, I do not believe the admin thoroughly considered the roleplay aspect of the interaction or the fact the other player instigated the behavior through multiple insults. I am already serving my time in jail, I know I can't get that back. This is for the purpose of correcting a mistake.
