Cartel Theme & Roleplay
BrotherX is a modern and organized criminal organization focused on serious, active and enjoyable roleplay. Our goal is to create an organization where members work together with proper communication, loyalty and a clear hierarchy.
Our RP will include drug trafficking, weapons dealing, territory-related activities, business fronts, negotiations and other criminal activities that create interaction with other players and organizations.
We currently have no official rival Cartel or alliance. We prefer relationships to develop naturally through RP rather than creating forced rivalries or alliances.

History
BrotherX was created with the idea of building a strong organization based on teamwork rather than having members act individually. Over time, the organization has grown to around 40 members.
As a Cartel, we want to take our existing organization to the next level by introducing more structured operations, leadership, business connections and large-scale RP situations. Our goal is to build a recognizable identity through consistent roleplay and activity.

Short-Term Objectives
- Maintain an active 40+ member organization.
- Establish BrotherX as an organized Cartel.
- Develop regular criminal RP operations.
- Build relationships with other organizations.
- Establish legal and illegal sources of income.
- Create unique negotiations, deals and conflict RP.
- Maintain strong internal communication and discipline.

Internal Rules
- All members must follow server rules at all times.
- Respect the chain of command and leadership decisions.
- Maintain loyalty to BrotherX.
- No random or unauthorized violence; proper RP reasoning is required.
- No unnecessary toxicity or harassment.
- Never leak internal Cartel information.
- Protect Cartel members, assets and interests.
- Do not abuse Cartel privileges for personal gain.
- Maintain activity and inform leadership about extended inactivity.
- Maintain good RP standards and avoid actions that negatively affect the organization.
- Follow leadership instructions during organized operations unless they conflict with server rules.
- Internal disputes should be handled through the proper chain of command.
Rank Hierarchy
Leader
Final authority of BrotherX. Handles major decisions, overall direction, management communication and appoints senior leadership.
CoLeader
Assists the Leader and manages the organization in their absence. Oversees senior members and major operations.
Deputy
Helps manage daily Cartel activities, supervises Managers and lower ranks, handles internal issues and reports important matters to senior leadership.
Manager
Manages groups of members, organizes smaller operations, trains newer members and monitors activity and discipline.
Turfer
Trusted operational member who participates in territory activities, supports operations and helps maintain Cartel interests in the field.
Rookie
Developing member who has earned membership but is still proving their activity, loyalty, teamwork and RP quality.
Newbie
Entry-level member who learns BrotherX's rules, hierarchy and RP style while proving their reliability before promotion to Rookie.
Suspend
A temporary disciplinary/status rank, not an active operational rank. Suspended members may be restricted from Cartel activities while an issue is reviewed. Serious or repeated violations may result in removal.
