2. a. I want to found a strong structure and build the National Guard into an organization that will thrive and prosper well into the future of the server. I want to lay out the ground work so that whoever follows in this role, will have all the setup and tools needed to succeed. My primary goal is and always will be enhancing the quality of interaction and roleplay between organizations and civilians, and my hope and goal is to provide a good experience to those in and outside of the organization.
b. My ideas for the organization include working with local police and federal agencies to assist in anti-terrorism or civil unrest operations and control. Transport and convoy protection for events such as the transportation of ammunitions and weapons to organization departments. Red zone/Gang neighborhood patrols and/or the enforcement of marshal law if needed or requested by the Governor. As well as the ability to provide heavy tactical response and support when the police department or federal agencies get overwhelmed. Disaster response and procedures (should it ever be needed)
c. My goal is to build a NG with real life military procedures and structure, to ensure stability and strength for the organization as the first start of the NG on Libra.
3. I believe I have the capacity to fulfill this role. I have 10 years of experience in the United States Air National Guard ooc. I have experience leading and training others, as well as a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in rank structure and procedures, knowing and having experience in performing the role of the national guard and knowing the boundaries of its jurisdiction and what it's role is and should be in supporting the state.
4. a. By offering the National Guards assistance to the Governor, and through him to the FIB and SAPF. There are many roleplay situations where the NG could be utilized to both make roleplay feel more realistic, and more entertaining and fun for participants both on legal and illegal sides.
b. The formation of training sessions to better soldiers. Routine patrols around Fort Zancudo, Great Ocean Highway, Paleto, Grapeseed, and Sandy Shores. Gun training and drills, disaster response practice, combat effectiveness drills and tactics, and training on public relations.
c. I want the NG to work regularly with the other legal organizations to enhance the experience for everyone involved. While NG members are first aid trained, unless deemed to be a combat medic with approval of High Command, I want to utilize a relationship with EMS to give them more of a role when it comes to legal org operations. I also want to utilize the police force if/when the NG has to detain criminals or terrorists, for processing and internment into prison. With the FIB we can set up and perform blockades, or checkpoints on major roadways when needed, as well as assist in raids or patrols in the Gang Territories of the state and also to assist in the execution of high risk arrest warrants. For the governor, we will be the force that can enforce marshal law in dire times, as well as assisting in response to terrorism and/or terroristic threats to the state.
5. My goal for the NG during my term is to set a strong foundation that will last for many following terms after me. I want the NG to be a powerhouse on the side of legal orgs that makes others want to strive to follow and be better. My focus will always be the roleplay and making it the best I can, and my hope is that the structure and roleplay focus I instill will carry on to terms after mine.
6. Daily patrols around the Northern area of the state. Involvement in ammo runs working with law enforcement to ensure delivery and protection. At minimum once per day heavy patrol of the Gang Territory/Red Zone to promote stability in the area and hopefully a (temporary) decrease in violence and shootings. Various military training and drills in and around the military base. Routine patrols around the military base and local area, to fill in the gap from lack of law enforcement in the northern part of the state. Medical Training course, with only combat medic personnel approved to provide first aid to deceased criminals or deceased civilians to increase the involvement and quality of roleplay for the EMS organization. (All military personnel will be allowed to perform first aid to living persons, I only want to limit reviving to a select few personnel to increase interaction with EMS. In my opinion all legal organizations should follow this and I am willing to lead the trail run.)
