I have nearly two years of experience in state organizations, including SAHP, LSPD, GOV, and NG in another city. During that time, I reached senior positions such as Deputy Governor in GOV, Commander of SAHP, and Lieutenant General in NG.
These positions taught me that leadership is not only about giving orders. A good leader must know when to take control, when to listen, how to resolve conflicts, and how to bring people together toward a common goal.
My previous NG experience also gave me knowledge of base security, military operations, cooperation with state organizations, training, recruitment, and maintaining an active force.
My goal is to build a disciplined but enjoyable SANG where:
I have experience with:
Sergeants should be able to manage small groups, officers should organize operations, and High Command should be capable of managing their divisions without depending on the General for every decision.
I want to create a system that continues functioning effectively even when the General is not personally present.
Don't just complete the task — create a situation around it.
A gate guard should not simply stand at the gate waiting for a shift to end. Ammo Runs should involve communication and proper convoy RP. Patrols should create opportunities for interaction rather than becoming repetitive routines.
Promotions and rewards will be based on activity, contribution, responsibility, and quality of work, not personal friendships.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include:
Quality will be more important than numbers.
Ranks should represent responsibility, not friendship.
Mistakes should be corrected, good performance should be recognized, and serious issues should be handled fairly according to the rules.
I want members to be able to say:
“We built a strong team together.”
The focus will be on creating proper situations rather than randomly stopping players.
Some Ammo Runs can also be turned into structured training exercises to prevent repetitive gameplay.
Air Recon → Radio Report → Ground Team Deployment → Situation Resolution
This gives the Air Force a meaningful role while improving communication between divisions.

1. Organization Applying To Lead
I am applying for the position of General of the San Andreas National Guard (SANG).2. Why Do You Want To Lead SANG?
For me, leading SANG is not simply about holding a high rank. It is about taking responsibility for an organization, developing its members, and creating an environment where people genuinely want to participate.I have nearly two years of experience in state organizations, including SAHP, LSPD, GOV, and NG in another city.
- Activity is appreciated.
- Hard work is recognized.
- Promotions are earned.
- New members receive proper training.
- Experienced members have opportunities to lead.
- Everyone is treated fairly.
- Quality RP remains a priority.
3. Why Should You Be Selected?
My biggest advantage is the experience I gained while holding leadership positions. I have served as Lieutenant General of NG three times, commanded SAHP, and served as Deputy Governor.I have experience with:
- Recruitment and interviews
- Promotions and demotions
- Training
- Internal management
- Large teams
- Special operations
- Base defense
- FZ raid protection
- Ammo Runs
- Gang-related situations
- Air Force operations
- Joint operations with other organizations
Sergeants should be able to manage small groups, officers should organize operations, and High Command should be capable of managing their divisions without depending on the General for every decision.
I want to create a system that continues functioning effectively even when the General is not personally present.
4. How Will You Improve RP?
My approach is simple:Don't just complete the task — create a situation around it.
A gate guard should not simply stand at the gate waiting for a shift to end. Ammo Runs should involve communication and proper convoy RP. Patrols should create opportunities for interaction rather than becoming repetitive routines.
Leadership By Example
I will personally follow the RP standards expected from members. High Command will be expected to maintain professional communication, realistic military behavior, and proper conduct.Practical Training
Instead of expecting recruits to memorize rules, I want to teach them through practical scenarios:- Gate security
- Convoy formations
- Arrest situations
- Base invasion scenarios
- Hostage situations
- FZ defense
- Radio communication
- Air-ground coordination
- Emergency response
Developing Leaders
Junior members will learn the basics, mid-ranking members will supervise smaller teams, officers will organize operations, and High Command will manage larger activities and divisions.Recognition
Members who consistently attend events, help newcomers, lead operations, or contribute positively should be recognized.Promotions and rewards will be based on activity, contribution, responsibility, and quality of work, not personal friendships.
5. Proposed SANG Divisions
AIR FORCE
The Air Force will provide aerial support and reconnaissance through:- Aerial scouting
- Base surveillance
- Supporting ground patrols
- Search operations
- Monitoring large areas
- Approved special-operation support
BLACK OPS
Black Ops will be a specialized response division for high-risk situations, including:- FZ raid protection
- Hostage situations
- Store robbery responses
- Base defense
- Special operations
- Other high-priority assignments
HUMAN RESOURCES
HR will focus on developing members from recruitment onward.Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and interviews
- New-member orientation
- Training
- Activity monitoring
- Employee development
- Supporting both shifts
- Identifying future leaders
MILITARY POLICE
Military Police will focus on internal security and maintaining order around SANG facilities.Responsibilities may include:
- Gate patrol
- Base security
- Vehicle inspections
- License checks
- Internal activity checks
- Transport checks
- Monitoring suspicious activity
- Assisting with internal investigations where appropriate
6. Goals During My Term
Goal 1 — Build The Right Team
I do not want to recruit people simply to make the roster look impressive. I want active, responsible, cooperative members who are willing to learn.Quality will be more important than numbers.
Goal 2 — Give Everyone An Opportunity
A person's starting rank should not determine how far they can go. A recruit who works hard should have the opportunity to become a specialist, officer, and eventually a leader.Ranks should represent responsibility, not friendship.
Goal 3 — Keep SANG Active
I want members to have reasons to participate through regular:- Patrols
- Training
- Special operations
- Ammo Runs
- Air Force activities
- Joint operations
- Internal events
Goal 4 — Improve Cooperation
SANG should maintain professional relationships with GOV, SAHP, LSPD, DOC, and other relevant organizations through joint activities and coordinated operations.Goal 5 — Maintain Fair Leadership
I will not tolerate unnecessary toxicity, favoritism, or abuse of authority.Mistakes should be corrected, good performance should be recognized, and serious issues should be handled fairly according to the rules.
Goal 6 — Leave Something Behind
At the end of my term, I do not want my only achievement to be holding the position of General.I want members to be able to say:
“We built a strong team together.”
7. Events & Activities
Border Operations
Regular patrols around the DOC Highway and Great Ocean Highway can create RP involving inspections, suspicious vehicles, illegal transportation, and cooperation with other departments, subject to server rules. The focus will be on creating proper situations rather than randomly stopping players.
Ghetto Operations
Organized patrols around gang territories can be used as controlled training and RP activities. Teams will receive specific responsibilities while officers coordinate the operation and junior soldiers learn through participation.Ammo Runs
Ammo Runs are an important SANG responsibility. Dedicated teams will focus on communication, convoy discipline, and timely delivery. Some Ammo Runs can also be turned into structured training exercises to prevent repetitive gameplay.
Air Force Operations
I want dedicated Air Force days where pilots and ground units work together:Air Recon → Radio Report → Ground Team Deployment → Situation Resolution
This gives the Air Force a meaningful role while improving communication between divisions.
SANG Training Day
Large organization-wide training sessions can include:Phase 1: Formation & Discipline
Phase 2: Radio Communication
Phase 3: Base Defense
Phase 4: Convoy Training
Phase 5: Emergency Scenario
Phase 6: Debrief & Feedback
