Additional Information

1. Which organization are you applying to lead?

San Andreas National Guard.

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

There are three main reasons why I want to lead the National Guard.

A.) My passion for NG. Serving in the National Guard has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and becoming its leader is one of my biggest goals. During my time in NG, I had the opportunity to work with experienced leaders such as Sid, Jinx, Abo, and Joey. This gave me a strong understanding of the rules, responsibilities, discipline, and daily operations of the organization.

B.) I want to improve NG activity and roleplay. I believe the National Guard has much more potential than simply guarding FZ and waiting for an ammo run or major situation. I want to introduce regular training, patrols, joint operations, and realistic military activities so soldiers always have something meaningful to do.

C.)my activity and commitment. I am active around 6–8 hours a day and spend a lot of my time in the city and NG base. I will be available to assist soldiers, supervise activities, and support the High Command whenever needed during my active hours.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?

My previous experience within NG has given me a strong foundation for leadership.

I have held from other universe, but experience means experience so I'm mentioning it, ignore is not required)

3 X Lt.Gen (29) All Four Departments

5 × COA — Black Ops / Military Police(28)

7 × COS — Black Ops / Military Police(27)

3 × HOD NG — Black Ops

2 × DHOD NG — Black Ops

These positions taught me how to handle soldiers, manage departments, maintain discipline, and work during different situations.
I believe a leader should not only have a high rank but also be active, fair, responsible, and willing to listen. If selected, I will lead by example, enforce rules fairly, and help soldiers improve.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

My main goal would be to make NG as active as possible, organized, and realistic.

Training & Drills:
I would conduct regular training based on situations such as hostage scenarios, store robberies, Base defense, patrols, convoy protection(HVT), and emergency response. Soldiers would also learn proper radio communication, military protocols, and chain of command.

Specialized Departments:
I would give each department clear responsibilities:

HR: Recruitment, basic training, radio codes, rules, and helping new soldiers understand NG.

MP: Maintaining discipline, investigating misconduct, and keeping the NG base clean and professional.

AF: Aerial reconnaissance, city scouting, intelligence gathering, and supporting other departments during operations.

BO: High-risk operations, ghetto patrols, hostage situations, store robberies, FZ defense, and special missions.

Black Ops is the department I have the strongest connection with, and I would focus on making it active, disciplined, and well-coordinated.

“They live by chance, they love by choice, they kill by profession.”

5. What are your goals during your leadership term?

My main goals would be:

Increase daily NG activity,
Improve military roleplay through regular training and operations,
Give every department meaningful responsibilities ,
Strengthen cooperation with other legal organizations,
Maintain discipline while treating soldiers fairly,
Help new soldiers develop through proper training and mentorship,
Build a strong and reliable chain of command,
Make NG an organization where players genuinely enjoy serving,
I don't want soldiers to log in just because they have to. I want them to log in because they know there will always be something meaningful to do.

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?

I would organize activities such as:

Military exercises — FZ defense, convoy drills, emergency response, and tactical training.

Joint operations — Cooperation with police and other legal organizations.

Recruitment & training days — Helping new members learn NG procedures and communication.

Department competitions — Tactical drills, timed exercises, convoy challenges, and other activities.

City security patrols — Organized patrols and security operations around important areas.

Special Operations — Advanced missions for experienced soldiers, especially through Black Ops.

My goal is to create consistent roleplay instead of making soldiers wait for random situations to happen.

Final Statement

I am applying because I genuinely care about the National Guard and believe I can contribute to its development. My experience in Black Ops and Military Police, combined with my activity and passion for NG, has prepared me for the responsibilities of leadership.

If selected, I will give my full commitment to the organization and lead with discipline, fairness, activity, and respect.

My goal is not simply to hold the rank of General. I want to build an NG where soldiers are active, trained, disciplined, and proud to serve.

If I am rejected, I will respect the decision, learn from my mistakes, improve myself, and come back stronger.

Respectfully,
Simba Manekshaw
