   Sand Andreas Police Force (SAPF)
   
   Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
   
   I want to become the leader of SAPF because I really want to be more involved in the organization and do something useful for the team.
   There are three main reasons why I am interested in taking this responsibility.
   
   First, I want to help SAPF grow and become better. I believe SAPF has a lot of potential, and with good teamwork, we can do many new and useful things. I have some ideas that I would like to work on, and I also want to hear ideas from other members. I don't want to be a leader who only gives instructions. I want to work with everyone and help turn our ideas into action.
   
   
   Second, I want to support the members of SAPF. I think a good organization should be a place where everyone feels comfortable sharing their opinions and trying new things. I want to make sure that every member gets a chance to take part and learn. I also want to create a friendly environment where we can work together, help each other, and enjoy being part of SAPF.
   
   
   Third, I want to improve myself as a person and learn more about leadership. I know that being a leader is not only about having a position. It also means taking responsibility, listening to others, solving problems, and staying active when things get difficult. I want to take this opportunity to challenge myself and become better at communication, teamwork, and decision making.
   
   Fourth , I was the ex admin in grand rp en 3 also i was ex deputy director , assistant cheif , deputy cheif in lspd and fib .
   But in Libra rp i am the Highcommand of lspd .
   Ultimately I have a perfect and proper experience on Law enforcement organizations
   
   
   Ultimatelty and Overall, I want to become the leader of SAPF because I care about the organization and I want to contribute more. I know I still have a lot to learn, but I am ready to work hard, listen to others, and take responsibility. I hope I can use this opportunity to help SAPF and its members move forward together.
   
   
   4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across this city ?
   Make patrols more realistic and interesting.
   Do more roleplay with PF, EMS, gangs, and businesses
   Give new members simple training BY the HRT team
   Listen to members and use their ideas for new situations.
   
   5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
   
   My goal is to make SAPF more active and organized. I want members to work together, communicate better, and enjoy being part of the organization. I also want to improve roleplay and build better relations with other organizations.
   
   
   6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
   I will try to make IC events rapaidly trough the PR ( Public Realtion ) team
   I would organize special patrols, training sessions, joint operations, and city-wide roleplay situations. I would also let members suggest their own event ideas so everyone can be more active and involved.
