SANG Leadership Application
1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
San Andreas National Guard (SANG)
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
My name is Prince Mishra, and I have extensive experience in State Organizations such as SAHP, LSPD, GOV, and NG in another city. I have held several High Command positions, including Deputy Governor in GOV, Lieutenant General in NG, and Commander in SAHP. I also served as Lieutenant General of NG three times.
Throughout my State Service, I worked my way through the ranks with dedication, discipline, and consistent effort. These experiences taught me how to manage teams, maintain discipline, handle difficult situations, coordinate operations, and make decisions under pressure.
I now want to use my experience to lead SANG with a clear vision. My priorities will be high-quality RP, strong discipline, active divisions, proper training, teamwork, and fair treatment.
2.1 My Vision for SANG
My vision is to build an active, professional, and well-organized SANG with:
- Strong internal discipline
- Proper training for recruits
- Better base security
- Regular military drills
- Professional communication
- Fair treatment for all members
- Strong cooperation with other State Organizations
- Consistent RP standards
I want every member to understand their responsibilities and feel that their contribution matters.
2.2 Teamwork & Cooperation
I want to build a team of responsible, active, and trustworthy members who understand that an organization succeeds through teamwork. Members will be encouraged to support each other, communicate properly, and complete their responsibilities.
I will also maintain strong cooperation with other State Organizations and assist them whenever required through proper RP and teamwork.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
My previous leadership experience has prepared me for this responsibility. I have managed teams and held High Command positions in NG, GOV, and SAHP.
My experience includes:
- Managing large teams
- Organizing operations
- Maintaining discipline
- Delegating responsibilities
- Handling stressful situations
- Solving internal conflicts
- Coordinating with other organizations
- Making quick decisions during operations
I have participated in and managed operations such as FZ Raid protection, Ammo Runs, base defense, and special operations. I also have experience working with Air Force units and understand their role in reconnaissance and operational support.
I believe a strong leader should not only give orders but also guide the team, listen to members, take responsibility, and help everyone improve. If selected, I will bring my experience, activity, discipline, and leadership skills to SANG.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
My main goal would be to make RP the foundation of SANG.
Leadership Through RP
High Command will lead by example through realistic military communication, proper procedures, rank structure, commands, and professional behavior.
Training & Development
New recruits will receive structured training in:
- Gate procedures
- Military formations
- Vehicle checks
- Arrest procedures
- Base security
- Hostage situations
- FZ protection
- Communication
- Special operations
HR will help members understand SANG rules, procedures, and RP expectations.
Clear Responsibilities by Rank
Lower ranks: Learn basic procedures, gate duty, patrols, and routine operations.
Middle ranks: Lead smaller teams, supervise activities, and assist new members.
High Command: Manage divisions, plan operations, maintain discipline, and ensure RP standards.
Activity & Motivation
I will encourage members to stay active through events, teamwork, RP, and organizational responsibilities. Recognition will be based on performance, dedication, activity, and contribution, not personal connections.

5. What are your goals during your leadership term?
5.1 Build a Strong Team
Create a reliable team of experienced and motivated members who value high-quality RP.
5.2 Fairness & No Favoritism
Maintain a professional environment without unnecessary toxicity or favoritism. Every member should have an equal opportunity to prove themselves.
A rank should represent responsibility and achievement, not friendship.
5.3 Develop New Members
Experienced members will guide newcomers and help them develop the skills required to take future leadership responsibilities.
5.4 Cooperation With State Organizations
Maintain respectful and professional relationships with other State Organizations and coordinate whenever assistance is required.
5.5 Maximum Activity
Keep SANG active and ensure important events, operations, and organizational responsibilities are handled consistently.
5.6 Successful Term
My goal is to complete the term with a strong organization, active members, minimal internal issues, high-quality RP, and positive memories for everyone.

6.1 Border & Highway Patrol
Regular patrols around highways and border areas involving vehicle inspections, suspicious activity, and illegal transportation RP.

My goal is to create a team where every member has the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow.
