Additional Information:

1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
I am applying for the Leader of San Andreas National Guard (SANG).

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

There are a few reasons why I want to become the leader of SANG.

First of all, I have spent a lot of time on RP servers and during that time I have gained good experience about how organizations work and how they should be managed. I understand things like recruitment, training, chain of command, communication and working with other state organizations. Now I want to use that experience to run SANG properly.

Second, I want to make SANG more active and enjoyable for its members. I don't want people to join the organization and then just sit around waiting for something to happen. I want to regularly give them activities, trainings, operations and different RP situations so they actually enjoy being part of SANG.

Third, I want to build a good environment inside the organization. Everyone should be treated fairly whether they are a new recruit or part of HC. Promotions should be given because someone actually deserves them through their activity and work, not because they are friends with someone.

Overall, I want to take the responsibility of SANG and try to make it one of the most active and organized state organizations in the city.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?

I think one of my biggest advantages is my server experience. I have been involved in RP for a long time, so I understand that being a leader isn't only about having a high rank and giving orders.

A leader has to manage the whole organization, listen to members, deal with problems, make good decisions and also take responsibility when something goes wrong.

I also know how important a good HC team is. I would choose people based on their experience, activity, behavior and how much effort they actually put into SANG. I don't support favoritism because I have seen how quickly it can damage an organization.

Another thing is that I would personally stay involved. I don't want to become leader and then leave everything for my HC to handle. I would take part in recruitment, training, events and operations myself and stay connected with the members.

I believe my experience, activity, management skills and understanding of RP make me capable of handling this position.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

One of my main goals is to make SANG more involved in actual RP. I don't want our members just staying at base and waiting for something to happen. We should also be the ones creating situations.

1. Joint operations and training:
I would work with SAPF, FIB, EMS and other organizations to arrange different joint operations. We could do convoy protection, emergency situations, tactical training, hostage scenarios, search and rescue operations and other activities depending on what is allowed by server rules.

2. More RP inside SANG:
There are many things we can do inside the organization as well. For example, military formations, inspections, base security, training sessions, convoy exercises, promotion ceremonies and different competitions. This would especially help during quieter hours when there isn't much happening around the city.

3. Interaction with civilians:
I also want SANG to interact more with normal citizens instead of only dealing with other organizations. We could arrange recruitment days, open days, military exhibitions or other public events where civilians can visit and interact with SANG.

Basically, I want us to create RP instead of always waiting for RP to come to us.

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?

My first goal would be to build a strong and active SANG with a proper structure from recruits all the way up to HC.

I want new recruits to receive proper training instead of just being recruited and left alone. They should understand the basic rules, radio communication, chain of command, their duties and how SANG works before they start taking bigger responsibilities.

Another important goal for me is having a good HC team. I would give promotions based on activity, experience, performance and contribution to the organization. Everyone should have an equal opportunity to move up if they are actually putting effort into SANG.

I also want to keep the organization active during different time zones because I know not everyone plays at the same time. I would try to have responsible HC available during different hours so members always have someone who can guide them.

Most importantly, at the end of my term I want to leave SANG in a better condition than I received it, with active members, experienced HC and a system that the next leadership can continue using.

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?

I have quite a few ideas for events because I think events are one of the best ways to keep members interested and also create RP for the rest of the city.

I would organize things like military training, convoy missions, base defense exercises, checkpoint operations, search and rescue missions with EMS, tactical exercises with SAPF/FIB, recruitment days, promotion ceremonies and different competitions for members.

I would also try to organize larger joint events where several state organizations have different responsibilities. For example, SANG could secure an area while another organization handles investigation and EMS handles injured people. This gives everyone something to do instead of one organization doing everything.

I would also give HC members opportunities to organize their own events and training sessions. This way everything doesn't depend only on the leader and HC members also get a chance to show their leadership skills.

At the end of the day, my main aim would be to make sure people join SANG because they actually enjoy being there, while still keeping the organization disciplined, professional and respectful.
