VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) / Non-RP / Disrespect & Insulting Officers
While conducting a routine traffic stop / detainment near LSPD Plaza on an ID: 6251, a red vehicle driven by ID: 1393 intentionally approached the scene. The driver started provoking, insulting, and dropping disrespect toward active officers ("Fuck off" / "Fuck you") without proper RP background. After being asked to leave the area and show respect to the uniform, the suspect engaged in non-RP behavior. Shortly after, ID: 1393 intentionally used his vehicle as a weapon (VDM), swerving directly onto the sidewalk/corner and ramming into the officer at high speed, knocking him onto the ground without any valid In-Character reason or prior lethal threat.
