Cartel Background & Roleplay:
Los Santos is a city of opportunities, when Elijah Mikealson arrived in the city he came with the ambition of earning money and making a name for himself. Elijah joined EMS to establish his life in Los Santos where he worked hard, met new people and build valuable connections. During his time in the city he met Klaus Mikealson and Lili Penzes who shared same ambition and vision of creating a loyal and powerful organisation. Elijah began gathering people he could trust, what started as a small group of friends slowly developed into the foundation of The Prisoners. The beginning was not easy as they faced many challenges which tested their loyalty. Instead of breaking apart they stood strong and learned from their experiences and continued building The Prisoners. Los Santos is a city where many try to build their legacy.
For The Prisoners, the story is only just beginning.
Cartel Goals:
Short Term Goals:
1. Improve and upgrade the vehicles in the garage to ensure better performance and readiness for activities.
2. Strengthen the Cartel by recruiting loyal and active members.
Long Term Goals:
1. Establish The Prisoners as one of the most respectful and powerful Cartels in Los Santos.
2. Actively participate in all events.
3. Support and guide newcomers in the city, helping them learn how to survive and grow in Los Santos.
4. Maintain a strong and united community within the Cartel based on loyalty, trust, and teamwork.
Cartel Rules:
1. All members must strictly follow the server rules and city regulations at all times.
2. Respect among Cartel members is mandatory. Disrespectful behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.
3. Members are expected to participate in Cartel activities and events whenever possible.
4. Any internal conflicts, drama, or toxic behavior that harms the unity of the Cartel is strictly prohibited.
5. Cartel resources such as storage, weapons, and equipment must not be misused or taken without authorization.
6. Loyalty to the Cartel is important. Members should always represent The Prisoners in a positive and respectful manner.
7. Decisions made by the leadership must be respected and followed by all members.

Supreme Leader and final authority on major decisions.
2. Prisoner King
Runs the Cartel’s day-to-day with authority.
3. Prisoner Lord
Commands major respect. Handles major decisions and guides others.
4. Prisoner Commander
Rising power. Trusted and influential, but still earning full control.
5. Prisoner Price
Helps plan and lead in events.
6. Prisoner Smuggler
Proven loyal, helps with activities.
7. Serial Killer
Attends all events and helps others.
8. Psychopath
Does basic tasks and is active in most events.
9. Pick Pocket
Members who are still in the process of demonstrating their loyalty.
