1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
(Please provide at least three reasons)
•First reason is that I'm playing this rp server from few weeks and serve as highest position in every organisation possible . My experience in different city which is was ex Sheriff , Families Leader , Marabunta Leader , Deputy of LSPD , NG and SAHP . Deputy of All Gangs . I have also worked in EMS , LI and was MOS of GOV many times and in this city I worked as in SAPF , Vagos , Ballas, LI and FIB as well .
•Second reason is that I used to like NG from starting as NG was my first organisation to join in different city and serve the nation . Also I have deputy experience in that city that could be used in this server as well to understand and coordinate with different problems easily. Also as everyone knows that National Guard is the backbone of the city because it provides guns and ammunition (candies) to different state organisation which is used in different events to reduce the criminal activities in cities. Leading SANG would be great honour of me .
•Third reason is that the National Guard has itself its most unique and vast HQ which is known as Fort Zancudo Base which have different types of heli , cars , bikes , parachute, looting areas , fire station , water station its own patrol pump and most important Main Barracks . National Guard is the best HQ in entire city and is heavily guarded with big steel walls and is located near sandy shores in the middle of the city and village area.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
• As I have proper knowledge about rp rules and legislation and have a strong base in different types of events so I think that I will be capable to lead this organisation with integrity and proper dedication .
• As I am very much humble and polite and loyal to my crewmates and with everyone out there and will handle all the situations with proper listening and understanding . For a leader it is important and listen to every situation and handle it calmly which I can do properly .
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
(Please provide at least three ideas)
• As a General my first priority would be to see that every organisation is getting ammunition and guns (candies) on time and in enough quantity.
• Favouritism will be not handled by me those who gonna do favouritism in my term will be getting punishment often. To see that there is no toxicity , conflict between each other or any unnecessary chattering in the radio to make the organisation professional and respectful.
• As a General I will make sure that bonuses and promotion will be done time to time to make the organisation more active and professional.
• We gonna train our soldiers properly so that they are ready for any situation earlier and can handle every situation with patience , integration and dedication .
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
• To complete both the terms succesful and full activity with minimal warns or verbal .
• I gonna keep a full active team of HR's , Infantry , Military Police , Air Force , Swat , IA units which will take care of the activities in NG and will inform me of every situation . Also they will take care of their departments and my Deputy's will handle the organisation in my Absence.
• I will make sure to serve the nation with full justice and make this term the most memorable term in history with proper professionalism and dedication.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement
• I gonna keep promotion ceremony every week so the soldiers who are working with dedication could get a chance for their deserved rank and work with their 100% capability .
• As a General I will host many IC as well as OOC events to entartain and engage citizens.
• We will take part each and every event after our weekly tasks are over then also and will try to win every events with full activity.
