1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
I am applying for the position of **Leader of Ballas.
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
1. I want to lead Ballas because I want to build an active gang where members actually enjoy playing together and being part of the organization. I don't want it to be a gang where people just join and disappear after a few days.
2. I have always liked the idea of leading an organization because there is a lot more responsibility involved than just being a normal member. I want to create my own way of managing the gang, build a reliable High Command team and make sure everyone knows what they are supposed to do.
3. I also want to create a friendly but disciplined environment. Members should be able to have fun and communicate normally, but at the same time they should understand that activity, teamwork and following the organization rules are important.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I think my main advantage is my experience with managing people and working in different roles inside organizations. I have already had experience with High Command and leadership responsibilities, so I understand that being a leader isn't only about having the rank.
I am quite active and I can give a good amount of time to the organization. I am also comfortable communicating with members, solving internal problems and making decisions when something needs to be handled.
I would also like to build my High Command based on trust and activity rather than simply giving ranks to friends. Everyone would have the opportunity to prove themselves and take more responsibility.
Most importantly, I actually want to work on the organization. I don't want the position just for the title or the color next to my name. I want to leave the organization in a better state than I found it.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
1. More organized situations:
I would encourage members to create proper RP situations instead of turning every interaction into a simple shootout. There should be a reason behind situations and members should know how to continue them properly.
2. Better interaction with other organizations:
I would try to create more interactions between Ballas and other organizations. This could include negotiations, rival situations, business-related conflicts, hostage scenarios and other situations where both sides have something to play around.
3. Internal training:
I would organize training for newer members so they understand how to communicate, use the radio properly, behave during situations and interact with other players. This would make the gang more organized and improve the quality of RP in the city as well.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My biggest goal is to make Ballas a consistently active organization.
I want to build a strong High Command team where every person actually has a responsibility instead of having ranks just for decoration. I would also focus on recruiting active and mature members who are willing to participate and improve.
Another goal would be to create a good reputation for Ballas. I want people in the city to recognize Ballas for its activity, teamwork and RP rather than simply being another gang.
I would also like to give active members opportunities to grow within the organization. If someone is putting in effort and proving themselves, they should have a clear path towards taking more responsibility.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would try to keep the activities varied so members don't feel like they are doing the exact same thing every day.
Some activities I would organize are:
* Internal gang training and practice sessions.
* Rival gang scenarios and planned RP situations.
* Hostage and negotiation scenarios.
* Car meets and small street-racing events.
* Internal competitions between members.
* Team-based challenges where members have to work together.
* Meetings with other organizations for planned RP scenarios.
* Rewards or bonuses for members who consistently participate and help the organization.
I would also listen to the members themselves and take their ideas into consideration. If the members are enjoying the activities, they are naturally going to be more active and involved in the organization.
