Ans: The Ballas.
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
There is few reasons why i want to lead Ballas:
1. First of all i really like the Ballas style. The purple color, street vibe and the whole gang look is something i really like. And honestly the HQ is one of the things i like the most, it looks like a normal neighbourhood from outside but inside you got a bunch of gangsters running around lol. I really like that type of street gang feeling.
2. Another reason is i want to make Ballas a gang which the whole city knows about. I dont want us to just sit in HQ and do nothing, i want Ballas members to be everywhere in the city. My goal is that if you are driving around the city for like an hour, you should atleast see 1 purple Ballas car somewhere
3. I also want to build a gang which even LEOs take seriously, not because we are just shooting everyone but because we are active, organised and always around the city I want people to see the purple cars and be like ohh - Ballas is here again
4. And most importantly i want the members to actually enjoy being in Ballas. I dont want it to feel like you just joined another org for a rank, i want people to have fun, do situations, make friends and actually look forward to coming online.
So basically my goal is to make Ballas active, known everywhere and fun to be a part of, while still keeping that proper Ballas street vibe.
I know how to manage people and also how to deal with different types of members, because obviously not everyone is gonna be the same
. I can be strict when its needed but i also dont want to make the org feel like a school where everyone is scared to do anything.
I also like being active and involved with the members instead of just sitting in HQ and telling HC what to do. If im leading Ballas, i want to actually be there with the members, doing situations, turfs and other stuff with them.
Most importantly i actually have plans for the gang and i want to put effort into making them happen I dont want to take leader just for the rank, i actually want to make something out of the term
I want to build a gang which the whole city knows and even LEOs know that when Ballas is active, something is probably gonna happen. I want us to have a strong presence around the city and not just disappear inside HQ.
One of my personal goals is that if someone is in the city for an hour, they should atleast see one purple Ballas car somewhere. I want the purple cars to actually become a normal sight around the city.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I think my experience is one of the main reasons why i would be a good candidate for this position. I have been in both illegal and legal orgs in other cities and also had High Command experience, so i already know how much responsibility comes with a leader position.I know how to manage people and also how to deal with different types of members, because obviously not everyone is gonna be the same

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
I have a few ideas which i would like to bring if i get the chance to lead Ballas- More street RP: I want members to actually use the city and not just stay inside HQ all day. We can create different street situations, meetups, negotiations and other gang related RP.
- More interaction with LEOs: Instead of every interaction with LEOs becoming shootout instantly, i would like to have more proper situations like negotiations, pursuits, kidnappings and other RP where both sides actually get something out of it
- Regular gang activities: I would organise things like car meets, street races, shooting competitions and small internal events so members have something to do even when there is no big situation going on
- Give normal members more chances: I dont want only HC to be involved in everything. Regular members should also get chances to lead situations and show what they can do
- Better teamwork: I would try to make sure members actually communicate with each other and work as a team, instead of 10 people doing 10 different things
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My biggest goal is to make Ballas one of the most active and recognisable gangs in the cityI want to build a gang which the whole city knows and even LEOs know that when Ballas is active, something is probably gonna happen

- 0 verbals
- Keep Ballas active everyday
- Build a strong and reliable HC team
- Keep members motivated and involved
- Make sure new members also get chances and dont get ignored
- Create a fun environment where people actually want to stay
. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would try to do a mix of serious RP and fun activities because if we do the same thing everyday people are obviously gonna get bored.Some of the things i would like to organise are:
- Ballas car meets where everyone brings their best cars and just hangs out.
- Street races between members or even with other orgs if possible.
- Shooting competitions and small team based competitions.
- Gang training for newer members so they know how to communicate and work together in situations
- Turf competitions with rewards for members who are really active and helping the gang
- RP situations with LEOs and other gangs, like negotiations, kidnappings, pursuits and other situations instead of only fighting
- Internal events where members can just have fun together and get to know each other better
- Activity rewards for members who are consistently active and helping Ballas
At the end of the day i want people to see a purple car somewhere in the city and already know Ballas is outside again
