In a car chase with multiple LEO. Chased into the tunnels, got there by legit means. I fell through a hole in the map, as did two LEO vehicles. When my car was dropped onto the highway, I got out to repair it. I was out of the car for a few seconds, when 2670 approached me in a vehicle and slowed down. He slowed to the point of almost stopping, so he could verify it was the ID they were chasing, then sped up as fast as possible and VDM'd me against my vehicle. I was shot at before the car ramming, but the kill was the VDM. Even if the intent was not to kill me, it would have incapacitated me to the point of being killed. There was not a single point in the chase where I showed any weapon, nor did I perform any vehicle ramming against any LEO vehicle to be considered a threat worthy of lethal force. This was blatant FailRP and VDM on top of it.
