1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Leader of Ballas

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
​

I wanted to lead a gang for a while now and i feel like I'm ready to take on the responsibility I've spent a lot of time playing Grand RP(no intention on promoting no server) and have experience with different gangs their server events and how they work ive been part of bloods Vagos families and ballas I've been deputy and under-deputy

During my time in gangs i helped get events together get information from corrupt officers i want bring that experience to Libra RP and help make ballas an active and respected organization

My goal is to build a gang where members enjoy being involved have actual opportunities to rank up and feel like they're actual part of the team i want everyone to have a chance to contribute white still keeping the gang organized and making sure members follow the rules ​

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?

I believe with my previous experience in Grand RP has give me a good understanding of how gangs work including turf events gang ranks and organizing members I've already had experience taking on responsibilities within gangs so i under that being a leader is about more than have a high rank it about having people active respect you and etc.​

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

i would make sure every new member get properly introduced to the gang and understands the general gangs rules and event rules my high command i would help new recruits learn how things work so they can become active members of the organization

I would also make it clear that disrespectful behavior and unnecessary toxic against rival gangs law enforcement or civilians wont be allowed in ballas any issues must stay IC members should focus on making good roleplay instead of causing problems outside of it

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
- Get 100% turf wars and gang events
- create a reliable high command that can mange the gang peeks and off peak hours if I'm not there
- give members opportunities to improve earn promotions and take on more responsibility
- create enjoyable roleplay with rival gangs LEO and civilians ​

6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?

i would like to create an event like a black parties car shows street rallies these would not only give our members something to participate also other gangs and civilians also

Gang activities i would also organize activities for our own members such as a lowrider races boxing tournament shooting competitions these would keep members active and not doing the same thing everything build a relationship with everyone with in the gang

Heist I would organize store gun robberies with a objectives on proper hostage situation with proper negations and interactions with LEO organizations the goal would be to create a 100% enjoy for both types of factions.​
