2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

2.1 I want to become the leader because I have the experience and leadership skills to manage the organization properly
I want to build an active disciplined and friendly team that can achieve success together
2.2 I have gained strong leadership experience as a High Command where I was responsible for managing members, organizing activities resolving conflicts and maintaining discipline within the organization I recently started playing on Libra RP and I now want to use my experience to take on greater responsibility as the Leader of the Ballas Street Gang
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe I am a strong candidate because I already have High Command experience and understand how to manage and lead members effectively I am active, responsible and ready to bring discipline teamworkand new ideas to the Ballas Street Gang
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
(Please provide at least three ideas)
4.1 I would make the organization more active by creating regular gang activities events and different RP situations for members to enjoy. I’d also focus on better teamwork with other organizations and encourage everyone to keep their roleplay realistic and fun
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My main goal is to make the Ballas more active, organized and respected across the city I want to build a strong team, improve roleplay and create a positive environment where every member has a reason to stay active and contribute
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
Id organize things like gang meetings territory activities street races, planned robberies and other gang related RP situations Id also work with other organizations to create more interactions and give everyone more opportunities to enjoy roleplay
