Dear Higher-Up I hope you are doing awesome, I had applied for leader of ballas and my interview goes very well (almost all of my answers were given correct) after the interview they ask me to leave the vc and they told me that they will inform me about the result later.
After couple of minutes they inform me that I am rejected.
So my question is why am I got rejected even my interview was very good (I had not just given the answer rather I had explained the situation and even given the example of every question they asked).
I with my 15 friends left other rp project and came here for a new start where we can find opportunities but in return we got favoritism which made our first experience bad.
Please review the situation and appropriate decision.

All interviews are recorded with POV, and I managed to review the two interviews that took place today.
You performed well during your interview and answered the questions correctly. However, the other applicant scored higher than you overall on the interview questions, which is why the interviewing admin decided to proceed with the other candidate
This is not a case of favouritism. The other candidate simply performed better during this particular interview.
You are more than welcome to apply again in the future.
My biggest piece of advice would be to study the rules more thoroughly before your next application, as this will give you a better chance of securing a leadership term​
